The company’s Safety, Health and Environment Manager is putting all managers and supervisors through the IOSH Managing safely course to ensure a consistent level of ability in all employees. Here he talks about how Managing safely has given staff the confidence, knowledge and ability to question things and start to work out problems for themselves.
